What both versions do
- Editable machine profile — feed, plunge and RPM limits, rapids, tool-change and setup times, safety factor. Nothing is hard-coded to one Onefinity configuration.
- Materials — pine, oak, and a fully custom profile, plus a material-condition selector (soft, normal, hard, wet or resinous, unknown).
- 43-bit library — end mills, V-bits, ball noses, surfacing and bowl bits, including 32 presets transcribed from SpeTool's published feed & speed charts (spiral, part-numbered W-series tapered ball noses, sign-making V-bits, O-flutes, surfacing heads, tray and core-box, and metal end mills).
- 13 operation types — profile, pocket, slotting, adaptive, drilling, V-carving, engraving, 3D roughing and finishing, surfacing, bowl pockets, chamfer, and custom, each with its own runtime model.
- Live sliders — intensity, feed, DOC, RPM, plunge, stepover, time-vs-finish, and a manual runtime correction, all clamped by machine and tool safety limits.
- Risk scoring and specific warnings — chip-load rubbing and overload, excessive DOC, long stick-out, down-cut bits in deep slots, fragile micro tools, V-bit depth beyond usable geometry, and more.
- Test-cut tuning assistant, savable presets with JSON import and export, and print, copy, and JSON output.
Your machine limits, bit edits, and presets are stored only in your own browser (localStorage). Imperial and metric units convert throughout, not just in the labels.
